SES Personnel

R. Fred Crabill - President/Senior Ecologist/Environmental Assessor.  Fred holds a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Florida State University, 1973. Fred has over 50 years of experience in ecological assessments, local, state, and federal permitting, Threatened and Endangered Species surveys, permitting and relocations, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, mitigation wetland monitoring, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Phil Chapman - Senior Ecologist/Fishery Biologist. Phil has over 50 years of overall experience including a leadership role with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and his current responsibilities at SES which include wetland monitoring, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, endangered species surveys, permitting and wildlife relocation projects, fish studies and field data collecting and reporting.

Catherine D. Litscher - Senior Environmental Scientist.  Catherine holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of West Alabama, 1997.  She has been with SES for 17 years as an Environmental Scientist and has 25 years experience in all aspects of environmental resource permitting, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, endangered species surveys, permitting and wildlife relocation projects. Cathy is knowledgeable in all aspects of AutoCAD.

Christopher E. Bradshaw - Project Ecologist/GIS Technician.  Chris holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, 2013. Chris has over 19 years of experience in mitigation wetland monitoring, wetland stress assessment monitoring, environmental assessments, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, plant and habitat identification, and Threatened and Endangered species surveys, permitting and relocations. Chris is knowledgeable in all aspects of GIS.

Susan M. Hess – Office Manager. Susan holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and has been employed for 7 years at Southeast Environmental Solutions.

Zachary T Scott- Environmental Technician I. Zach holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Studies and Marine Biology from Florida Southern College. Zach currently has experience in mitigation wetland monitoring, wetland stress assessment monitoring, Threatened and Endangered species surveys, water quality sampling, plant, animal, and habitat identification, assisting in establishing jurisdictional wetland limits and permitting. Zach is knowledgeable in aspects of drone and aerial footage.
